Salvation

The Bible tells us that there is only one way for us to go to Heaven and that is through Jesus Christ, the Son of God (John 14:6)). We do not go to Heaven because of doing “good deeds” but only through accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior (Ephesians 2:8-9). Romans 10: 9, tells us, “For if you say with your own mouth that Jesus Christ is your Lord, and believe in your own heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”

We are all sinners, we all do wrong. Jesus paid the price for our sins by dying on the cross so that we can be forgiven and go to Heaven (2 Corinthians 5:15).

To accept Jesus as your Savior and to go to Heaven when you pass on from this life, just say the following prayer out loud:

Dear Father,

I come to you in the Name of Jesus. I admit that I am a sinner. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for me for the forgiveness of my sins. I believe that you raised Jesus from the dead and that He now lives in Heaven with you.

Jesus, I thank you for paying the price for my sins. I ask you to please come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior.

Father, you are now my Father. Please let your will be done in my life, in Jesus Name. Amen.
